Buy Or Rent?

This is the time of year when many people begin to reevaluate their current living situations. Many Chicago residents have leases that are up in the springtime and right about now they are asking themselves, "Should I renew my lease for another year, or buy something?" Of course, I say it is a great time to buy right now! However, I realize that people are busy with the Holidays, and that they will most likely be putting their Chicago home search on the back burner until January. On the other hand, it is an optimal time for clients to decide what they are looking for in a home, so that the agents can begin to narrow down the search parameters. Also, it can't hurt to look at some properties now, before the January/February spring market rush!
